Xuzhou Vanke Cloud Valley Sales Center

Puhui Design was commissioned to design the soft furnishings and accessories for Vanke Cloud Valley Sales Center in Xuzhou, China. The client requires that the sales center should meet complex functional needs including business, private clubhouse, office, and urban living room. To integrate with the technology valley near the project site, the space decoration highlights the elements of technology. Based on the client’s requirements, the design team breaks through the current competitive sales center design pattern through a new type of hotel-style sales office. With the key design elements of “sharing” and “interaction”, a scene-based sales center is created as a micro-interaction, multi-format composite center. Featured overlapping and layering form with the color rhythm arranged in a matrix, the space echos the context and achieves pure visual shock.
