CHIL Interior Design was commissioned to design Prologue in The Dorian, Autograph Collection. Inspired by Oscar Wilde’s unique societal perspective, progressive style, and love for the good life, the day to night lobby bar features whimsical and playful design elements. The juxtaposition of modern and old English elements pays homage to Calgary’s identity while reflecting Wilde’s era. The space embraces a harmonious blend of a vintage apothecary aesthetic, exuding both hipness and sophistication.
