Lush Apartments

The focus of the Lush Apartments was to create happy projects for real people while creating a new level of quality.

The project is a two-storey penthouse in a new building in Kyiv to work at the beginning of the pandemic, designed for a young couple who were planning to become parents in the near future.
The clients carefully chose a property and a qualified contractor who could bring their ideas to life, unlock the full potential of the place and solve complex issues of functionality. The head of the family formulated a request for non-trivial design solutions and a special atmosphere.
Tonally, the Lush Apartments are a combination of richly dark, cozy areas with well-lit, soft comfort zones.
