Eastlight Community Homes in Essex were in the process of a merger with nearby Colne Housing Association in order to create a larger and more efficient entity.

Claremont were approached to review and develop an engagement process across the two businesses with the aim of bringing the business and colleagues together under one roof, and to ensure all practical and cultural considerations were covered prior to launching into the phase 2 design stage.
