Tianjin Vanke Metropolis One

Around the design concept of “One Club”, Tianjin Vanke Metropolis One tried to integrate the complex functions of a club, exhibition hall, and restaurant in the sales space, so as to provide owners with the experience of a complete living circle. The highlights of its design lie in the insertion of a four-storey tower space into the façade of the original classical building and also the interweaving of a large art device with 3,000 hand-dyed silk threads at the centre of the tower, providing a colour gradient effect like chromatogram.
