Goddard Littlefair closed out 2021 with unique luxury penthouse residence, deemed the “crowning glory” of the Southbank Place Development. This apartment houses breathtaking views of the London Eye, and boasts Big Ben as it’s kitchen clock. Standing at 3862 sq ft with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a kitchen that opens into a dinning area and terrace, Goddard Littlefair’s design compliments the quintessential London aesthetic.

The initial concept for the penthouse started with the construction of a narrative for the project, imagining the future resident, their personality, lifestyle and tastes. With hand picked, hand crafted artwork and design, each piece brings an elevated sense of style to the property. The spirit of the Southbank was also an inspiration for the design scheme, drawing on the energy and creativity embodied in the floor to ceiling leather backed bookcase and pieces of sculptural art peppered throughout.
