Keates Interiors were enlisted to provide a full and wholistic interior design package for a twelve thousand square foot new build family home, as well as the overseeing of all designed elements. The client was looking for a contemporary interior style with a Belgian influence.
They created a home that combined natural and textural materials giving a sense of restrained comfort.
Clean lines within the bones of the interior are softened with relaxed linens and wools and antique and artisan accessories and artwork.
A pallet of materials was created that complimented the architecture of the house and brought a sense of elegance and calm. They worked with Belgian limestone, open pore fumed oak, dolomite plaster wall finishes, Petersen brick, bronze metalwork, linens and an almost completely neutral pallet.
