La Cite, Zhuhai
All project descriptions are provided by SBID Awards entrants.
In the original space, the rooms were scattered, which not only lacked aesthetic but also reduced the effective utilization of the space. Through the interpretation and analysis of householder’s life scenes, the designer re-integrated the layout and cleverly used functional cabinet storage to hide the unnecessary space, thereby establishing the order of space and creating the tempo of life.
Integrate scenarios of living room, dinner, kitchen and play, giving the diverse space functions including reading, display, entertainment, social etc, which explore the maximum potential.
The sofa is inspired by modern cars, extending the automotive elements to the home with smooth curves and exquisite craftsmanship. The charm of passion and the rationality of technology are intertwined, highlighting the owner’s lifestyle. The rhythmic curves continue applying into master room, breaking the single linear vision and expressing warmness of family life in a straightforward way, allowing passion and love to be released continuously.
