Combining and refining the three elements of “water, light and electricity” into the indoor space, the advantages of the natural environment are introduced into the indoor space, and an attempt is made to create a luxury house with ecological culture and artistic temperament, so as to provide the most comfortable living environment.

The sales office will create the entrance hall as the lobby space that the owners will use in the future. The architectural form with artdeco style is integrated into the indoor space. The 9-meter-high entrance lobby also greatly improves the quality of the community and the experience of the owner.

The project refines the surrounding natural resources and cultural characteristics, integrates “water, light and electricity” as design highlights into the interior, and uses arc and enclosed design techniques in the space to reflect the rhythmic beauty of water.
