ER Clubhouse Show Flats

Neoklasika was invited to create a concept for a development of four luxury townhouses located on the Baltic Sea coast. Primarily focusing on a coastal lifestyle, the interior highlights the aesthetics and feeling of being aboard a yacht. Each of the four townhouses has three levels, the lower being an airey open-plan living area with an incorporated kitchen while the upper two levels are bedrooms. The project features a number of bespoke furniture and joinery designed by Neoklasika to elevate the level of uniqueness. This includes custom designs for doors, kitchen, staircase, shelving, fireplace and wall paneling. When creating the project, CGI presentation facilitated the bringing to life of textures, proportions and general ambiance of the space prior to the construction process. The detailed visualisation allows the client and the potential future owners to perceive the spirit of the building and set the sail!
