Embracing change in downtown Vancouver. Vancouver Tower in the heart of downtown Vancouver is an example of post-modern architecture. Built in 1991, the 27 storey tower was on trend for that time – think pink and green and orange. Although the building had some minor refurbishments over the years, it was time to bring it not only into the new millennium, but into a new decade.
