Catalyst were commissioned to create living spaces that promote a strong sense of homeliness, belonging and living a meaningful life. To create an interior that broke the stigma attached to care homes and to design for all ages so even the grandchildren want to visit. In every space there is something for everyone. Meaning residents’ friends and family will enjoy visiting and will want to stay awhile. By creating spaces for everyone, visits and socialisation will be more meaningful and hopefully, more frequent. Surbitonian Gardens is a fun, dynamic & social place for everyone, but most importantly for the residents.
