A fun and contemporary downstairs wetroom bathroom that was once only a tiny cloakroom. Studio Modha played on the darker elements in this bathroom since there was no natural light coming in, and created atmospheric mood lighting through the pendants, low level lighting and led strips in the niches! Although using darker tile and fixtures, Studio Modha added pops of colour through the vibrant wall paint!

Tucking the bath tub away at the end of the room to keep the circulation space to a maximum, the team switched the bulky wc and cistern to a wall hung pan and concealed cistern to provide the client with a clean finish. Playing with shapes and colour, black hexagon floor tiles surrounded the bath and carried the pattern along the skirting, giving it a completely different feeling. They mixed the chrome brassware with black accents, a grey vanity, dead salmon by Farrow and Ball on the walls and added better task light and mood lighting using wall lights and led strips in the niches! Presenting a contemporary, two tone, clean kitchen that creates a beautiful backdrop from the living area.
