Challenging the bougies of Mayfair, the London-based design studio have created another destination Indian restaurant that radiates India’s diversity in the heart of St Johns Wood.

Forming the most efficient layout to justify this vision comes about after burning the candle at both ends as the layers of the previous restaurant at the property required erasing the slate and rediscovering after demolition.

This was accomplished by relocating the feature bar to a more central location, allowing for an overarching view of the entire restaurant. Meanwhile, create a visually connected space that feels one with the food while maintaining its own distinct identity.

The team designed the eatery carefully to represent every season equally in as minimalistic, and subtle a way possible, matching the elegance of fine dining amidst the nature that is otherwise known for its wilderness.
