XBD Collective designed this 1,078-square-metre luxury villa in the highly sought-after area of Emirates Hills, Dubai, for a longstanding client and his family. XBD were to create elegant and impressive spaces throughout, which consisted of ground floor areas designed perfectly for entertaining a minimum of 200 guests at a time, while remaining liveable and practical for a family of four; the first-floor areas were to have a more relaxing and serene feel throughout, creating somewhat of a haven for the family to spend their time.  The villa boasts many impressive areas including foyer; lift; formal living & dining; bar; walk-in wine cellar; family living & dining; ‘dirty kitchen’ and front of house kitchen; one play room and one playroom/study area for kids; gym; spa and a guest suite on both floors with dedicated bedrooms for all four family members and finally a pool house with bar, projector screen and dancefloor.
