Fora at 22 Berners Street

Oktra designed the new 50,000 sq ft coworking space for Fora, a leading coworking office provider, at their 22 Berners Street location. Oktra delivered the project over 18 weeks in three phases to transform the property with a combined Cat A/Cat B refurbishment. Fora wanted to create a modern workspace that prioritised focus and a sense of calm for its members. The design emulates high-end hospitality design, ensuring a balance of formal and informal areas. This mix of spaces allows the Fora members to access greater flexibility and agility in their workspaces.
