Justworks

Justworks was rapidly outgrowing their workplace and partnered with Unispace to create a new space that embraced their core values, fostered a sense of community, enabled flexibility and productivity, and accommodated future growth. The new space embraces Justworks’ focus on DEIB through elements such as a mural depicting a diverse group of people, encouraging signage, gender-neutral bathrooms, and mothers’ rooms. The space’s flexible “neighborhood” layout made up of focus rooms, collaboration zones, and play areas enable productivity by allowing staff to work where they feel most comfortable. A town hall, café, and training rooms foster a sense of community, and the workspace includes power and data in its infrastructure that allows for future growth (i.e. collaboration zones can be removed to add workstations if needed). The completed workplace is a true destination for staff and has helped with talent attraction—Justworks has doubled in size since moving in.
