Global Experience Design Agency I-AM was requested by the oldest bank in Turkey, Is Bank, to design a new-generation touchpoint to enhance the brand’s market position. IsMekan was created by repositioning the branch concept based on changing customer needs. It offers a holistic spatial experience, including banking transactions, a workspace, and living area. Designed with colors and illustrations that differ from the corporate style of Is Bank, it creates a bright, colorful, and intimate environment that connects with customers, local residents, and young people while also standing out as a modern structure in the historical neighborhood of Nisantasi, Istanbul.
