Pigeon Post Bar & Eatery at Hilton Cologne

The Hilton Cologne lobby, bar and social space were redesigned and refurbished with a modern, innovative gastronomy concept. The centrepiece is the new ‘Pigeon Post’ – a combination of restaurant, bar and lounge and social working area – with an unusual name and whimsical details as a nod to the rich history of the building. Once home to Cologne’s Postal Savings Bank from the early 1950s through to the late 1990s, it was gutted in 2002 after a long vacancy and finally converted into the Hilton Cologne.
