Gemdale Urban Nest

Gemdale Urban Nest locates in an overpass building across a city road, with the main entrances of the surrounding communities at both ends. The building has glass curtain walls on both sides, and the interior is transparent. The main customer group of this project is the new generation group, and the designers needed to create a community for this group to rest their hearts and souls, which leads to the concept of “honeycomb” – comparing each service object in the community to a honeycomb. It is designed to create a healthy and vibrant community that will be more integrated with nature, vitality, movement, etc.
