Surrey Hills Family Home

The owners of this expansive family home, located in the Surrey Hills, appointed Hill House Interiors as both the Interior Architects and Interior Designers of their 5-bedroom family home, which was undergoing an extension and thorough refurbishment.

With lots of extended family and friends and three growing teenage boys, the brief was centred on creating a luxurious family-focussed home with excellent entertaining facilities and plenty of storage to present a styled yet uncluttered aesthetic.

Architecturally, the brief included a full schematic design to revise the layout to improve the spatial design and flow as they didn’t feel that there was a natural flow throughout the home as it was originally designed. A key part of the scheme was focused on creating a magnificent open plan kitchen, living, and dining space that needed to allow each space its own identity whilst retaining a cohesive feel overall.
