Pau Alcover House

In this 320 m2 penthouse located in the neighborhood of La Bonanova, in the heart of Barcelona, was executed an integral reform of Interior Design, Decoration and Styling, achieving open, functional and updated spaces. The main premises defined by the owners were that the color blue should be present in every room and that they should obtain large quality spaces that meet their needs.
In this luxury home, the outdoor spaces that run around its perimeter stand out, thanks to its 120 m2 terrace. Also, large areas were obtained, where natural light is one of the main protagonists. The existing distribution was maintained and minimal interventions were made to obtain more diaphanous spaces without visual obstacles, avoiding the separation and compartmentalization of them. The house breathes a contemporary, informal and modern style.
