Estate at Hilton Singapore Orchard

EDG Design was appointed to design three unique venues at the newly renovated Hilton Singapore Orchard. The largest venue was the all-day dining restaurant, Estate, which was inspired by European plantation houses that once dotted the landscape along today’s Orchard Road. Estate’s design mimics the architectural planning with a series of interconnected dining rooms, linked together via black and white marbled corridors. Open display kitchens allow exploration of gastronomic delights that infuse formerly harvested spices and herbs. Rooms can be cordoned off to create rentable zones for private events or closed off during off-peak hours. Estate is an all-day venue that honors its location and history with pride and purpose, with a design that is inspired by the past but is contemporized and made timeless in its narrative and application.
