Power Road Studios

Brunswick Property Partners wanted to cultivate a creative and dynamic hub of local business, where people could come together, share, and socialise. To make this happen, Dthree Studio used an innovative approach to design a flexible and collaborative destination, which is focused primarily on people getting the best out of their work environment – professional and personally.

Built in the 1930’s and originally a Singer sewing machine factory, Power Road Studios has been transformed into a creative campus and is now home to a range of dynamic and innovative businesses. Brunswick Property Partners appointed Dthree to reposition the building as a creative and entrepreneurial working hub, with a focus on community. This then stemmed into three simultaneous projects across the site, all with diverse and unique briefs. Dthree developed these projects concurrently, with a carefully considered programme and subcontractor schedule, which allowed efficiencies of resource to be used.
