Haven Design Studio brought an empire state of mind to Kairoi Residential’s Park 17 property. The functional and impressive use of striking high-end materials illuminate this mixed-use development and amenity space spread through two floor levels. The footprint of the space feels large and grand enhanced by a color palette of white and black accented with vivid berry colour adding to the dramatic appeal.

Charred wood wall panels invite the outdoor lifestyle of Denver while embracing and celebrating an edgy upscale boutique hotel vibe. Recurring black wood and mirrored elements in the upper level resident Sky Lounge invites cohesion throughout the different levels. Custom-designed marquee lighting in the leasing lobby add a sense of grandeur and the whimsy of an unexpected memorable experience. The free-standing, island style kitchen provides unobstructed views of the mountains and Denver skyline while providing a necessary catering functionality. HDS mastered skyline living at Park 17.
