Aura at Watson Branch

Haven Design Studio brought intimate boutique hotel ambiance within a large amenity space to Trinsic Residential’s Aura at Watson Branch property. Use of multi-level ceiling details and dramatic lighting enabled an elaborate yet approachable atmosphere. The grand built-in communal table with oversized pendant lighting, multiple soft-seating conversation areas, vintage-style mosaic tile, and white brick veneer provide cohesion to the multiple amenity spaces on 3 separate floors. The highly saturated Navy-Blue accent color brings a powerful impact to the common spaces while the layered art collages in the large leasing lobby niches add the perfect touch of visual flourish. Built-in bistro tables suspended on a stunning tile wall in the residents Sky Lounge uplift and elevate the dining experience. Haven Design Studio incorporated unique style aspects of functional design and made the open concept intimate and inviting at Aura at Watson Branch.
