Villa Nougat is a private clifftop residence on Pointe Milou, Saint Barthélemy, completed by Winch Design in January 2026 in collaboration with architect Xavier David. Built entirely around one family's thirty-year relationship with the island, the 700 square metre property represents a ground-up bespoke commission in the fullest sense - approximately 98 pieces of custom furniture, three guest suites each anchored to a distinct facet of the island, and interiors drawn directly from St Barts' own material vernacular. Winch Design's yacht expertise informed both the technical engineering and the craft detail, producing a residence that is, in every respect, unrepeatable.
