Centre Court in Nottingham takes a different approach to student living, placing connection at the centre of the experience. At a time when student loneliness and mental health are pressing concerns, community and resilience are embedded throughout the design. Designed by BondBryan:Interiors, the 790-bed development moves away from standardised layouts, with rooms organised around a network of shared spaces supporting both social interaction and quieter moments. Influenced by Nottingham’s textile heritage, the interiors bring warmth, texture and identity. Sustainability is integrated through material choices, circular strategies and landscape interventions, shaping a more considered model for student living.
