Jaipur Rugs' Mumbai showroom transforms a former textile warehouse in Lower Parel's historic Empire Mills into a contemporary retail experience bridging India's industrial past with its living craft traditions. Designed as showroom, gallery, and archive in one, the project uses fractal geometry inspired by weaving patterns to create an immersive environment where handcrafted rugs become the central architectural experience. Adaptive reuse underpins both the design concept and sustainability strategy.
