Harvey Nichols Kuwait, operated by Alshaya Group, underwent a bold refurbishment that introduced curated zones to enhance the in-store experience, from immersive shop-in-shops to a dedicated fragrance bar. The store features several sculptural metalworks and integrated lighting to enhance the brand's refined, fashion-forward identity. The project brought together a team of specialists, including Studio Four IV as lead designers, Giles Miller Studio for sculptural design elements, and Havelock One Interiors as the turnkey fit-out partner responsible for execution. A striking new façade makes a dramatic architectural statement at the store's entrance, demonstrating how sculptural designs can move beyond decoration to become integral components of luxury retail branding. Extensive bespoke manufacturing and installation occurred while the store remained operational, requiring strategic planning and logistics.
