In the heart of Dartford’s evolving market town, we designed Papi’s Grill as a bold expression of Nigerian culture. We embraced rich red tones, terracotta walls, and curved forms to create a carved, warm and enveloping atmosphere. A black steel open kitchen contrasts with the warm palette, while the red travertine bar creates an immediate focal point. Behind it, a glowing mural of an African party scene brings energy and movement. From arched doors and mosaic-tiled restrooms to bespoke chain curtains woven with drummers, every detail celebrates Nigerian culture, resulting in a layered, joyful, and immersive experience
