Designed by Westar Architects International, Écrin is a refined, 150-square-meter dining sanctuary within Tallinn’s Michelin-awarded Burman Hotel. Bridging European heritage with modern luxury, the multifunctional venue transitions seamlessly from luminous breakfasts to intimate caviar-and-champagne dinners using dramatic dark wall finishes to contrast expansive, sunlit windows. To elegantly bypass strict heritage constraints, Westar introduced a freestanding, see-through central island show kitchen and bar that preserves the historic architectural fabric. Grounded in a philosophy of restoration, local craftsmanship, and classical detailing, Écrin offers a timeless, contextually sensitive expression of quiet luxury that allows the hotel's bespoke service to truly shine.
