LW Design conceived Canopy Arrival Hub & Bar as the arrival experience and social heart of The Ritz-Carlton Masai Mara Safari Camp.Inspired by the layered canopy of the Mara’s native acacia trees, the project adopts an elliptical footprint and sweeping roof form, creating an open-air environment where the boundary between hospitality and the surrounding landscape dissolves.Guests move through a continuous sequence of spaces including the arrival area, lounge, terrace, fire pit, pool and bar, remaining connected to the reserve throughout. Positioned alongside a natural watering hole, Canopy Arrival Hub &Bar offers an experience shaped by the rhythms of the Mara itself.
