This ground floor refurbishment of a modern townhouse began with a single request but evolved into something far more considered. Through careful listening, the brief expanded to address a lack of storage, a missing personality, and a kitchen that couldn't be touched. Working within tight constraints, retaining existing furniture and the original kitchen layout, the design introduced bespoke under-stair storage, new cabinetry to create a coffee station, a reading nook, and a confident use of colour and texture. The result is a space that genuinely reflects its owners: warm, vibrant, and built around how a busy family actually lives.
