The project sought to transform a highly compartmentalized and poorly lit apartment into a refined, open-plan residence defined by light, flow, and clarity of space. The existing layout was constrained by excessive partition walls, congested walkways, dingy uninviting kitchen creating a dark interior where natural light failed to reach the entrance or central zones.

A primary objective was to reorient the spatial experience to celebrate the apartment’s most valuable asset—its exceptional external view. The design aimed to establish an immediate visual connection to this outlook upon entry, while enhancing functionality, spatial efficiency, and overall livability.
