Conceived as a secondary urban residence, the project is structured around a central social core, where kitchen, dining, and living areas merge into a fluid, open environment designed for both everyday use and hosting. Private zones are treated as a quieter retreat, creating a clear shift in atmosphere.

Natural materials — stone, wood, and textiles — define a calm, tactile setting, while custom joinery integrates storage seamlessly into the architecture, preserving spatial clarity.

The project prioritises legibility, durability, and a timeless spatial language, ensuring long-term relevance and ease of use.
