Drawing from Lingnan's warm elegance and Shanghai's cosmopolitan sophistication, the design weaves together iconic elements—traditional gable walls, weathered black bricks and gray tiles, airy arcade verandas, and refined Western moldings—into a poetic dialogue between East and West, past and present.HuaYi Design translates the lake's shimmering ripples into serene spatial symbols, quietly reimagining the modern essence of a "Noble Residence Rising with the Tide" within its compact layout, creating an exquisite landmark along the central axis of Jinshan New City.
