Located in the core area of Suzhou High-Speed Rail New Town, Jiangsu Province, the project occupies a prominent position at the intersection of Qimen North Street (east) and Majing Road (south).

With a total area of approximately 2,200 square meters, the project is arranged over two levels. The design incorporates soft furnishing strategies to enhance the spatial atmosphere. The spatial program includes a reception lobby, lounge areas, negotiation spaces, private dining suites, an art gallery, a fitness zone, a yoga studio, and a swimming pool, offering a comprehensive and layered user experience.
