The design team was commissioned to create a culturally immersive sales environment that redefines the traditional real estate showroom. Inspired by the historical context of Xinkaipu and the conceptual framework of “Tianxin Eye” and “Tianxin Water,” the project integrates architecture, landscape, and interiors into a cohesive narrative journey. Through fluid spatial sequencing, refined materiality, and multi-sensory design, the space functions as both a marketing venue and a cultural social hub, offering visitors an engaging experience that bridges heritage and contemporary urban living.
