The lobby balances polished minimalism with tactile warmth. Layered neutrals, soft acoustics and concealed lighting create a calm, professional welcome. A spectacular shared Amenity Room opens to waterfront views with operable folding doors for privacy and adaptability. Furniture and finishes prioritise comfort, durability and timeless elegance while integrated AV and simple controls keep technology discreet. Acoustic ceiling waves and a sculptural half‑moon, add visual richness. Materials were selected for low VOCs, recyclability and long life to minimise environmental impact.
