Smith & Newton Architects were commissioned by Lazari Investments to design and specify the interior architecture, furniture, lighting and material finishes for the 12th floor at the Met Building, 22 Percy Street, Fitzrovia. The project encompassed 4,523 sq ft of fully managed workspace alongside the transformation of the Met Lounge, a communal hospitality space serving the wider building. Working in collaboration with Signature London, Smith & Newton delivered a considered design scheme uniting workspace and amenity into a single, cohesive offer. The completed project positions the Met Building among the most design-led managed workspace addresses in London's West End.
