The mountains informed everything: an earthy, organic palette of warm-toned metals, fluted wood, dark stone, and soft bronze finishes reflecting the Pacific Northwest and settles the interior in a deep sense of place. Every spatial decision reflects the organization’s values of stability, humility, and service. Premium views and corner spaces belong to everyone, and in place of a reception, visitors are welcomed by their host, offered a coffee, and invited to take in the landscape. Extensive planting woven into custom millwork, bulkheads, and room dividers blurs the line between inside and out. Purchased as two suites and united into one, this is a workplace designed with permanence in mind, and the kind of care that people feel the moment they arrive.
