Designed as a new benchmark for hospitality-led workplaces in Africa, KOFISI Casa Anfa transforms a compact footprint into a richly layered environment for work, collaboration and connection. Drawing inspiration from Casablanca's Art Deco heritage and Morocco's celebrated craft traditions, the project combines handcrafted materials, bespoke furniture and locally sourced finishes with a contemporary workplace strategy. Flexible lounges, workspaces, meeting rooms and event areas are carefully choreographed to support multiple modes of work throughout the day. The result is a culturally grounded yet globally relevant workplace experience that elevates productivity, wellbeing and the everyday experience of work.
