HoAA was commissioned by returning client Beam, a fast-growing Thai fintech company, to design its new 400 sq.m. headquarters following the successful completion of its first office three years earlier. Guided by the concept of "The Wellspace," the project reimagines the workplace as a hospitality-inspired environment that prioritises wellbeing, flexibility and collaboration. Working within the budget of a growing startup, HoAA thoughtfully repurposed furniture, architectural components and materials from the previous office, creating a warm, future-ready workplace that demonstrates how intelligent design, sustainability and employee wellbeing can evolve alongside a growing business.
