TSK was appointed to design Specialist Risk Group’s (SRG) new London headquarters at the St Botolph Building, bringing around 400 colleagues from multiple specialist businesses together on one 40,000 sq ft floorplate. The scheme transforms an inherited corporate office into a confident and welcoming Group home, using residential design principles at workplace scale. A sculptural arrival, central heart space, team neighbourhoods, warm materials, daylight-focused planning and planted winter garden create a distinctive headquarters that reflects SRG’s scale, ambition and more human approach to the workplace.
