RU Creative was commissioned to transform the reception and shared amenity spaces at No.3 Embankment, Leeds, repositioning the building as a premium workplace destination. Drawing inspiration from luxury hospitality, the design introduces a striking arrival experience, a flexible business lounge, meeting spaces, wellness facilities and enhanced communal areas that encourage collaboration and wellbeing. Through bespoke joinery, feature lighting, integrated planting and a refined material palette, the project has elevated the building's identity while delivering high-quality amenities that add value for occupiers and strengthen the property's appeal within Leeds' competitive office market.
