The brief for Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherd’s Bush was to transform the former K West Hotel and Spa into a boutique lifestyle hotel that reflects the character of Shepherd’s Bush and the building’s history as the BBC Kensington House recording studios. The project aimed to create a strong sense of place through design, artwork and storytelling while modernising guest rooms, public spaces and wellness facilities. Key objectives included enhancing the guest experience, improving food and beverage areas, upgrading the spa, and repositioning the hotel as a contemporary destination that combines luxury hospitality with the local creative and musical heritage.
