Noviun Architects were appointed to undertake the refurbishment of Gleeds' office in Southampton to accommodate a growing team, introduce a variety of working styles, cater for neurodivergent users and increase the capacity of the boardroom. It aims to redefine the corporate, enhance the sense of belonging and provide a calm, nurturing, sophisticated and elegant environment where everyone can thrive and productivity can be maximised. It features sustainable finishes and textures inspired by workwear seams, weaves and textiles and exhibits a colour palette curated with colour psychology in mind, aiming to create a timeless design that goes beyond short lived trends.
