Kasian was commissioned to redesign Stikeman Elliott's Calgary office, relocating the Canadian law firm into a new 41,600-square-foot space at Bankers Hall. Drawing inspiration from the world of luxury hospitality, the design moves away from traditional law office formality toward something warmer and more considered. Dark veined stone, smoke mirror, richly textured wallcoverings, and tasteful touches of chartreuse and burnt amber compose a palette that is refined without being cold, confident without being intimidating. At the heart of the space, a gold-gilded staircase canopy becomes the defining architectural moment, connecting both floors with drama, craft, and quiet intention.
