Spectrum Workplace was commissioned to deliver a workplace transformation for Gen II Fund Services, creating a flexible, accessible and future-ready environment that supports growth, collaboration and employee wellbeing. The design reimagined the existing layout to improve connectivity, spatial flow and usability, providing a balanced mix of workstations, enclosed offices, meeting rooms, quiet areas and informal collaboration spaces. Inclusive design measures, including clear circulation routes, accessible tea points, automatic door operators and compliant welfare facilities, ensure the workplace is welcoming and easy to navigate. Durable materials and adaptable planning support long-term value, resulting in a professional workplace prepared for future change.
